Slowdog Songs

Slowdog (Nnenna Okechukwu Emmanuel) is a Nigerian indigenous rapper, singer & songwriter famous for rapping in Igbo, born November 27, 1978, in Awkuzu, Anambra State. He grew up partly in Jos and later settled in Enugu, where he studied Marketing at IMT.

His breakout hit “Who Get That Tin” (2006) gave him recognition in southeastern Nigeria. Over the years, he’s released songs like “Testimony (Remix)” with Phyno & TJ and has collaborated with many artists in the Igbo rap scene.

Known for his witty lyrics, cultural storytelling, and comedy-rap style, Slowdog remains one of the prominent figures in indigenous Igbo rap, staying rooted in his language and regional sound while keeping loyal fans.
