Phenom (Topa Onimowo) is a Nigerian rapper known for his raw lyricism and Afro-fusion style. He debuted under Knight House / Knighthouse Entertainment.

He’s released songs like Man Dem and Shamanya (with Wizkid & Phyno), and gained buzz for freestyles and features. He publicly spoke about using drugs early in his career for inspiration but says he no longer does.

Phenom is also known for turning down major label offers (from big artists) due to loyalty to his original contract, and for his gritty street rap that still appeals broadly in Nigeria’s hip-hop and Afrobeat mixtape scene.
